WOW...then it looks like painting is the answer. Check out some car shows, find the WINNERS that do there own work, they would be able to just do the area needed. The painter I use is in that category and has many awards for his paint jobs. (he can even spot match metal flake)

I finally got a tonneau for my '04, the guy said he had all the hardware, he didn't. The bails for the laches and the pins for the lift rods were left on the truck when he sold it. Could someone please send me some detailed pictures of these parts? So I can see what I need to fabup.

Sorry for the delay. Been up to my eyes in finalizing this deal. One of the rims had been curbed (BAD). They swapped it out with one on the lot, but the tires didn't match. So, they changed all 4 and I got upgraded to the F1's.:congrats: (handles much better) Plus an alignment. Also...
