Here's my 06 with the 2in. front/ 4in. rear x-metal drop kit. Since this photo, I put on diff shackles for the rear leaf springs to bring it up another inch since the frame would hit the bump stops constantly.

Don't think its a black chrome, its closer to a charcoal color. Call a dealership and get the paint code info or perhaps a body shop might even have that info. You could PM TheMoparConnection as he works for Dodge.
