    Throttle body screws

    Grind them. Tried the back and forth crap for about an 2 hours on one screw than I ground the back off. About 10 min latter I was done. I had to use a table top grinder on the shaft to get it to fit on my xmetel TB and had to sand the TB it self since the throttle would stick.

    I used the torx to put in all of the lower intake bolts and used a wrench on the top ones. Took about 1 1/2 to 2 house to but it on and put the injectors back on.

    Strange whinning noise at start up?

    2 things 1. Is the whine really bad for the truck 2. I thought it was the fan system pressurizing since its being run off the PS

    I don't think it has a tune because thouse numbers seem to be what a stock 04 rc is.
