Tell me about it, I did some searching on the diesel forums as the radiator in our trucks are the same as the ones used in the cummins rams and from what I can see pulling like hell as you tighten it should solve the problem. I'll have to get under there again tomorrow and give it another shot.

It looks like I am stuck in the middle, I have tried pulling back and tightening, pulling back and wiggleing, favoring one side while tightening and nothing. But I would assume the nut is still on there...
Has anyone ever stripped out the coolant drain petcock on their radiator before? Not sure how I managed to do it it as it was easy going coming out and now it won't screw back in.

Plastic rivets or fasteners will not hold that air duct on. Its actually pretty heavy all things considered not to mention you have to figure that it not only has to hold up its own weight but it has to hold up to the hood being shut/slammed down.
