Changing wires sucks ass. The intake manifold is a PITA to get off. Every time I remove it about 80% of the way through, I remember the "trick" to doing it fast LOL.
Might as well do new coils while your in there.
No issues with the stock throttle body. The BBK is simply larger. Allows the engine to pull in more air quicker. Noticeable increase in throttle response and its like 10 horsepower or something.
BBK is what I have. I had a JTSVP one but the truck would not idle. After sending it back and fourth twice to them I bought a BBK and its been perfect for years.
Those are Mopar Performance equal length long tube headers. All they need is to be re-coated and they will look like new again. They are very expensive.
