All 2 door SRT10 Rams came with a 6MT. It is not a conversion. It is stock. A 4 door SRT10 Ram with a 6MT is a conversion.

My buddy has a shop. And a forklift :) He builds those semi trucks into pickup trucks. You know? Cut out like 15 feet of the frame in a big diesel box truck and then weld it back together with a F350 bed on it or whatever. Pretty cool.

Once I c-notch the frame on mine, i'll install the helper bags too. SRT10 seems well suited for towing with those massive brakes IMO. Fairly certain my truck has a stage 2 clutch so i'm not too worried about that either...

T56 is the way to go. Completely worth the money. Much faster, more power to the ground, WAY MORE FUN!, and nearly double the fuel economy. I'll never go back to an automatic, lord willing.

Yes i have an under drive pulley. I priced out a new stock pulley/tensioner/belt and its only a little more and i can get a 210 amp alternator. Might just go that route. My alt is 13 years old.

Got a new battery. The engine starts instantly now, but there is no difference when sitting at a stop light with the headlights and heat/stereo on. Voltage still drops to 12 and then rises to 14v when I raise the RPM. Guess I need a new alternator that has more voltage at idle.

Its lighter than stock. Only reason.

The belt is pretty new. I doubt its the belt as the alternator performs perfect above 1k RPM Not sure of the brand i think its Autozone brand. But it is at least 5 years old. I'm gonna throw a new battery in it and see what happens before I look into an alternator.

I bought a Tilton chromoly flywheel from Dan Cragin a few years back. Finally gonna throw it on the truck. What are the torque specs for the bolts?

The gauges and headlights dim at a stop light. That is not normal. It is not normal for the voltage to drop 2 volts with the truck at idle and to go to 14v at 1000 rpm or higher.

4.56 Just seems perfect for a heavy truck.

I have 2 amps. 3 sets of Infinity Kappa Perfect Components and 2 10" subs. I also have HID headlights. Def want more output if I can get it.
