I swapped in the T56 for this exact reason. The T56 just makes better use of the Viper power band IMO. You should probably start with draining and refilling the transmission fluid before you get a rebuild. Change the fluid and then see how the truck drives.

Werent there AWD cars in the past that the axle went through the oil pan? I can't remember the car but i thought that was pretty neat. 4x4 Viper truck with a stick shift would be insane. Probably a lot more likely with a 48re 4x4 transfer case though.

I just pay them. Otherwise everything ive ever posted over the last 15 years is gone.

OK so the white and light green wires go to the T56 pigtail? The pigtail has 2 wires coming out of it.

I need to know what wires to splice into the T56 pigtail from the 48RE wiring harness to get my reverse lights working. Literally procrastinated for 5 years. Anyone got a pic? or some direction?

Not sure how it would make a difference. I went from Auto to manual with no added sensors. Should be the same to go from manual to auto no?

Check the wiring harness. Maybe a clip is melted.
