I swapped in the T56 for this exact reason. The T56 just makes better use of the Viper power band IMO.
You should probably start with draining and refilling the transmission fluid before you get a rebuild. Change the fluid and then see how the truck drives.
Werent there AWD cars in the past that the axle went through the oil pan? I can't remember the car but i thought that was pretty neat.
4x4 Viper truck with a stick shift would be insane. Probably a lot more likely with a 48re 4x4 transfer case though.
I need to know what wires to splice into the T56 pigtail from the 48RE wiring harness to get my reverse lights working. Literally procrastinated for 5 years.
Anyone got a pic? or some direction?
