Yes try the water n vinegar mix first. Simply wipe on and then wipe off. Take a water cloth to make sure all vienegar is off afterwards n dry. If that doesnt work then try the rubbing compound, then a swirl remover then a polish then wax. You can use a 6" variable speed buffing wheel...
