Name that car , make model and year ???

I'm going to stop guessing now, as I am seeing these vehicles for the first time. So...NO BASELINE whatsoever. Besides, having to turn my phone upside down to view every picture is getting tedious.

Rambling is good. Lots of goodies right there!

You should be in good shape then. The Gen III struggled to pass idle emissions in 2005/2006 and the high-bleed lifters helped to pass the test(s). And they had .180" of travel. In addition, some of the 2006s came out with retarded cam timing; a tactic used in the early 70s, as the reduction in...

Valiant AP5. Or maybe a Colt or a Vauxhaul. Those Australian cars have all undergone surgery to alter their original appearance; Most likely to integrate into Witness Protection. And when that didn't work, they were turned upside down in an attempt to confuse even the most determined Trackers.

That's a big difference. Proper adjustment with Strikers and Jesels is 2-1/8 with the o.e.m. high-bleeds. At 2/3 of a turn with high-bleeds, the engine would lose 80+ horsepower by severely restricting duration and lift.

Ha!! The firing part is optional. :) I really would like to know where your lash is set.

Say...if you have a spare minute, contact your builder and ask him how many turns he put on your rockers after zero-lash. If he doesn't remember, fire him and tell him you expect a full refund a.s.a.p. Please and thanks!

Oh Hello!!....11.7 at 115 is up for grabs. As there are no sea-level tracks nearby, I drove 650 miles, raced at a sea-level Friday night Test and Tune, then drove home. I was happy with that performance at that time. But that was several years ago and some changes have been made. :)

Haha. I used to talk to Trainman (Jerry, eh), quite a bit on the phone. He often commented about my heavy Canadian dialect.

Aokay, thanks for asking. No heavy lifting yet, but that takes a year or so apparently. It must be a freedom feeling to have that brace off!

Name that car , make model and year ???

The yellow car: 1928 or 29 Model A Roadster with the front bumper delete option and straight-cut doors. The vehicles in the driveway are a mystery. A Honda Ridgeline and a Mazda Miata. (Not likely but it's the best I've got).

Well...thankks!! :) Maybe that English Teacher I had was onto something when he whacked me on the back of the head with a hardcover book!! Like a computer reboot, I guess.

Name that car , make model and year ???

Most of the Google stuff is great. Some of it is whacky. But so are many people I meet. I'm sure they feel the same. It's getting harder to find people that do a deep dive into the performance stuff. Sign of the times, I guess. Maybe INCLUDEMEOUT will post once in a while.(?) Off Topic: My buddy...

I haven't seen one of these cranks break yet; in a 361,383,400,413,426 (Wedge or Hemi), or a 440.
