i would try re-loading the vec tune and see what happens

its the sender or the gauge it self.

i have a jumper in the seat belt latch to keep the dinger from going off when im not wearing it.

i went with a mcleod twin disk since my roe burnt up the stocker. and some people have not had good luck with the centerforces. my mcleod feels like im driving a john deere now;)

if the unit is not used under full load then it needs to be load banked at least once a year. this keeps it from wet stacking and makes sure it will handle rated capacities when needed. as for cummings techs we (sure-gen the company i work for) have got plenty of calls from customers that had...
