When I drive the truck and press the Brake pedal down it swings from side-to-side. It does not do it when it is at the top, only when pressed. When I look below, i didn't see any mechanical damage to the pedal assembly, but the more i can learn the better. Ideas, theory's, solutions...

I had a sluggish start for a while so I swapped out the battery with a brand new one. The truck is parked outside and the weather is cold (Houston, TX). I am hoping that is the problem before I have to consider the starter. Any thoughts?

I had my battery checked out this past week and it passed. the starter failed the test though. the Vendors for Auto Parts and Auto Zone do not have them in stock nor do they know when they are going to get any more so my money was refunded to me for those orders. Any new ideas?
