Just got these codes, one is the radiator fluid sensor has to much voltage and the other is a leak is detected? Has anyone else had these codes? And what should I do to fix the problem or should I just clear the codes? Thanks

Changed the fuse for overhead illumination and gauges and still no luck, only light I got to come on was the hood light... Any help or any ideas on what else could be the problem is much appreciated
