just curious, and i don't know if this is a repost...:dontknow:

assuming the right fuel octane , what would be the difference in power and torque to be expected between a 0°,3° and 6° card ? :dontknow:
I'm running now the 3° card , with our 98 octane gas, can i run 0° ?

thanks for replys guys

if you can run 3 degrees of advance with 98 octane you certainky can run no advance. Do you not have a meth card as well?

don't think so Steve... for FI applications they have to reduce advance ...so advance as stock would be the most agressive ... ;) :D

We have 95 and 98 octane in Belgium/Europe.

But I remembered from university the definition is not the same in Europe and states....

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Octane_rating

I was paying attention afterall :D

i don't remember me anything for long... what i do know is that the damned gas is expensive ! :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

oeps, must go to Brussels within a hour ... gonne take the truck as the sun is shining ... YIPI ...

WOW! Thats awesome! I wish we had that option here,All we have here in Canada is 87,89, and 91,right now 91 is $1.26/L

hehe, back from Brussels... the truck is fast ... damned fast. :D in fact to fast for his suspension on curby roads.... hope Stinkers lowering kit will help ....

strange if i see now that the front A-arms are resting against the bumpstops... that means we ride on those rubbers ... don't know what the springs really help... :dontknow:

Had no real competition :D on my trip but have seen heavy Audi's and BMW's trying to follow for a moment but quit .....:( Torque from the ROE is amazing, you don't need to shift every time up to the high revs....took some curbstones i tought loosing my tonneau cover  :D :D :D
On bad roads you just cannot push the pedal, everything brakes loose there in the back... :(

Inspected enginebay afterwords and everything is OK !  no more oil sweating with Stinkers oillines , nice dry engine   Temperature is 170-180 going full :D and up to 200 in traffic jam...

you only need to hold the steering wheel with 2 hands....:D ;)
