04/05 - 06 weight difference in RC and QC

My 2004 RC weighs 5000 without the spare and jack, with Bedcover (snugtop) and 1/4 tank of gas and without me! When I race I change front wheels ( save 60 lbs) , remove bedcover (120 lbs) and tailgate (60 lbs) , change rear tires to M&H 390-40-17 drag radials ( I'm guessing I save 20-40 lbs over the stock wheels and 325-40-22 Kuhmo tires)... then add my 215 lb body and I estimate a race weight of 4935 lbs.

I also remove the floor mats, antenna (spelling?) , all of my CDs and I fold the mirrors in and a fresh WAX job for better wind resistance. Just a few secrets to the 12.49 @110.55 mph run!!!

There was no '04 QC...they started in '05

My '04 is 5200. Add my fat ass and the number jumps about 200 soft gooey lovable pounds.

i weighed my truck it was 2560 kg = 5600 lbs with 1/2 tank fuel - 2006 QC

Glad to hear that Red---Really thought I was going to have to take a cutting torch to it to lighten her up.

Minus spare tire, back seat, and tailgate, mine with 1/8th tank of gas was 5527 on the scales.

Blackie weighed in @ 4950. a couple of days off the show room floor. !/2 of pusholean.

So far we have members saying the following:

04 RC: 5200
05 RC: N/A
05 QC: 5600
06 RC: N/A
06 QC: 5600

I was under the impression that the 06 were heavier in the RC and QC models. So far we have the 05 and 06 QC weighing the same. Is this correct?
