07-08 headlights in an 06?

Getting mixed answers on this question, will 07-08 headlights fit in an 06? It's the same body but some retailers are saying they won't and some say they do. Looking to put 07-08 oem headlights in my 06, has anyone done this?

Awesome that's exactly what I want to do, I have a new old stock drivers side now I need a passenger side.

I believe the 07s have the amber strip and the 08 deff don't...
