08 srt10 swap?

if i would get a 2006 would the rear end just be a swap or would it need custom fab also and are the mount locations different from the stock 4.7 and what other problems would i run into would i also be able to just switch the tranny crossmember to bolt up the t56 i would like to do the quad cab manual swap that i found in the forums thanks for any help in advance and also if i would find an 05 or earlier instead would i be able to use an 06 harness and pcm and to simplify my wiring

Removing the cam is a great way to take some weight off the front end. You'll probably pick up .1-.2 in the 1/4 from this mod alone.
