Actually it's not. I had to charge a new viper customer that couldn't drive a stick to replace his clutch at 1800 miles on it because he burned it up.

i agree with ya in that situation.:rock:

brakes & cluthes are tough to cover under warranty because they are considered wear items.

but a material failure???

As a customer I can see a material failure being covered, but when the clutch is worn down to the rivets that is just plain abuse.
