10 observations after two weeks of ownership

It took me five months to get my 05 QC. I preordered it so my wife knew it was coming, but over the last 6 years I have finally wore her down on cars. She just rolls her eyes now which is an improvement. Starting in 2000 I had an Expedition and I saw a Prowler which I bought on the spot Now that one did not go over very well. After that the Expedition was getting old, three years old, I turned it in for a F-150. After two years of the F-150 I decided I wanted a Viper and the wife said now way in hell, so I found the SRT-10 and ordered it. Not sure why a V10 truck is better than a V10 car, well made I do After an unfortunate wreck of the SRT-10 two summers ago I sold the Prowler and got a BMW X5 4.8 while the truck was in the shop for four months Long story but I'm going to keep the truck, but the X5 is looking a little old after two years, poor thing.

Yes I have a car issue. I know, but don't really care all that much. Next I'm looking at a Mazerati maybe :dontknow:

I hear ya on that one! :rock: But, I started at BIRTH. :dontknow:

I have pics (someplace) of me when I was 8 months old, sitting IN my Dad's slicks for his T-Bucket.... in addition to that, he had a 67 Nova and a 70 Camaro :rock: (My Mom HATED the Camaro, she called it the "frog". It had 30" MT Streets on the back, and every time it shifted the tires would hit the fenders and it would shake the shit out of you! :rock: )

When I was 15, I had 2 cars torn apart in the garage... (A '86 Fiero V6 that I converted to a 3.4L... and a 90 Ford ranger 4x4)... It was only a 2 car garage.

I'm 27 and have lost count of how many cars I've had.... :dontknow: A quick list is as follows:

1903 Sears "kit car" :dontknow: (The real deal! I completely restored it! :rock: ) It had a wooden body and you drove it with a joystick It was Rad.
'93 Civic (Blew it up, after a drunk NOS install... )

It's not pissing away if you are enjoying it If I thought about the money I have spent on cars I might think twice.... naw forget that :rock:

As far as the wife goes. I had to fight her to buy a pacifica two years ago. I was getting so tired of the toyota mini van
