This is why I say a slightly modded evo can eat a stock Srt10 with a few bolt ons easily if the driver knows how to race it.

I know I ate one for dinner not to long ago. It had a CAI, exhaust and a flash. We ran 0 to 80 MPH. I got him by 3 car lenths, twice. By the way, it was a 2006.

Slightly modded? I am no EVO expert but a larger intercooler and modified stock turbo (whatever this entails), and a custom tune IMO doesn't mean it is basically stock? Out of the box though the EVO X is a very very capable ride. Rallying is its heart and soul, determined to beat out Subu's offering. Nonetheless, good #'s.

i love evos :burnout: :burnout: , i have over 25K into mine, GT37R turbo, Motec ecu , fuel system,drag cltch and many other stuff its fasst as F**k , it would blow away a SC RC SRT10 very easily .
very very capable little cars , but the later versions have lost the hardocre edge (evo8,9,10 )
