Are you guys taking the 1st gear all the way up to 5500 if thats what the settings on the shift light are set to.
Because the horsepower and torque drop off after 5500 rpms on these motors unless you have a turbo or supercharger.DRamSrt10 said:why not just at 6000? because that is where red line is at?

HOT RAM said:I only run it up that high when racing.Normal driving I shift around 2500.Mine is way too loud to rev it up that high all the time.
