We are a are a legal non profit .. she hired her boyfreind as the lawn service and he gets paid hald the revenue dues plus amstrange unexplained other maintenace im sure he gets 11k additional .. oh did I say hes on the Board hahaha .. Sounds to me that is illegal .. which I also beleive they hired a pest control buddy for another 10k ..No feduciary reponsibillity to the homemowners may just get her and the association sued . The geterans administration is a comtrolling factor of the corporation . Hmmmm , maybe i should contact them . This place has become a total rental place , about 1% of home owners live on property now . her and her Boyfriend own at least a dozen villas ,, bought and paid for by the home owners dues .. i see criminal charges in that . Wonder what a lawyer would say . Would love to see her explain that ,, maybe §statue 395888§ for Premadonna law website will shed light on it hahahaha ..
