Yeah it's got a nasty hole worn in it!! Other then that it's a heck of a steal for under $26K.

You can just replace the upper seat cover. Dodge sells them. I had both the upper and lower sections replaced on my drivers seat under warranty after the leather cracked and the stitching began to unravel. Fiat now owns Chrysler and Italians hate seeing F'd up leather....
