I've had my 06 rc for 5 weeks now and it has been great!! I have put almost 3000km on the truck with no mechanical issues. But, there are two odd things going on: 1) The 20amp fuse that powers the aux plug inside the console blows with nothing plugged in (5 times). I'm not sure what else it powers, as everything else works. 2) I swear everytime I unplug my radar detector or undo my seatbelt, I get feedback through the sub. The stereo is stock, any ideas?

Short somewhere...If your truck is still under warranty I would let the dealer figure it out..............Not long after buying my truck it started blowing the fuse to controlling the dash lights.....my dealer kept the truck for 2 days trying to find the problem..turned out that the bed light on the rear of the cab had a bare wire touching metal....whenever I put it in reverse the bed light would come on and blow the fuse..

Ditto..........Sounds like a short to me as well.

Yes I had to take mine to the dealer , i had the same exact problem.
