Jessica's car is having A/C issues. It's 97 Acura 3.0CL Premium. Seems like the A/C works fine until the car gets warmed up. Then, the A/C turns hot and doesn't kick on again until you are going about 70mph. I can feel the compressor kick on once we hit around 70. Then, it kicks back off again at speeds below around 60. I topped off the freon (with the "A/C Pro" kit) when we first had this problem. Thinking I may have overfilled it, I checked the pressure and it was in the green. I even released a little to check and nothing. Only two thoughts on this: bad compressor clutch or bad A/C module. Though, I have no idea why it would be so "consistent" with the issue. Any ideas? Thanks all!

to me sounds like 2 possibilities,

heater cut off valve and/or blend door

have had the "Sanden" style comp. kick my butt. the clutch coil will go just a few tenths of resistance out of specs. & kick out. have to be quick to check it when it kicks out though, lol.

module, have no idea
