ABS and brake lights are on. No codes just the lights. Rotors and pads are less then a year old and the fluid level is at the top. Any ideas?

fuse?.. all your connections going over the axle and in the engine bay connected?

I didn't check the fuses and I don't know which connections are for the ABS.

i wish i had my truck at the house so i could tell you where they are. cause i had the same prob;lem for a little while and coming to find out it was just a loose butt connecters

have you tried to pull the codes from the pcm or the abs module. the pcm will not have any codes for abs lights. have you changed your pcm lately, if the vin is incorrect or has a missing vin the abs and brake light will come on.

If you are useing the sct,I believe it will go off after you drive it a while, but pm Marty to be sure.

No fuses blown. No codes being shown by the SCT or by turning the key off/on 3 times. I have put about 600 miles on the truck since I got it back from Marty plus the miles he put on it. Maybe it is an SCT issue.

Thats what it sounds like.

I found the thread by Marty. He said to drive it around the block and it should go away. I did that, but the light is still there. I'm going to call SCT tomorrow.

If I recall correctly, it should be an SCT problem. I think Marty has a fix.

Here is what I found.

After loading any tune into your SRT 10 with the SCT Tuner, the ABS and Brake light MAY illuminate. Simply drive the truck around the block and the light should turn off.

If it stays on, or you have any other quirks such as Gauges reading strange. Call SCT at 1-407-774-2447 and ask for Dave at ext 138.

Any drivability issue, simply e-mail me exactly what it is doing so I can help you.

Thanks!

Thank you!

I read that on the other thread also. I sent a PM to Marty about the ABS and some others issues.

I know there are ABS sensors in the front wheel inner fenders. By chance during the build were they unplugged and not plugged back in or damaged?

Don't know. Lots of miles on the truck before the light came on. I would think the light would come on right away if something was not connected.

Just a thought. I agree the light would have come on immediately if they were disconnected. Wouldn't hurt to check though right?

I guess I could have knocked one lose when I removed the meth kit today. I will have to look for anything not connected tomorrow.

lots of good input my guess would be the sct or it could very well possibly be the agr1968 abs control modular located under the dash
