Thanks, but it's all good. I will figure it out...

A good blanket and some room on the back seat and she should be all set...

She should be just fine. They like to get as low as possible in the vehicle.... I would suggest unfolding the "cargo platform" under your passenger-side back seat, and putting a few blankets on that. Should be plenty of room for her. I bet she's sound asleep before you even get 1 hour into the trip. ;)

Good luck, Scott! .... You're a saint. :congrats:

That Scotty has a tremendous heart.............

Thanks, God.

Just give her a benedryl..... It's diphenhydramine... It'll calm her right down for the trip.... or anything else for that matter....

Anyone know how ntwOrk,And Ivory are doing?

Ivory is now in the loving arms of Eddie and Dawn!! I am sure that she will be very happy in her new home in Alabama!!

She was a very good pup on the way up to Macon!! She was a little restless at the beginning, but calmed right down and ended up sleeping most of the way up!

We had a great time trying to get her into the hotel room though!!! She was very unsure of the hotel, and DID NOT want to go inside! Well Alexis was walking (dragging:D) her into the room, and accidentally took off her leash before the door was closed. She hit the door running and would not come back inside!!

We spent the better part of 45 minutes trying to coax her into the room! Eddie was all drunk, laying in the grass in his stocking feet trying to talk some sense into her, but she wasn't having it! Finally Alexis was able to get her to (literally) eat out of her hand, and got her close enough to grab her collar and get her in the room.

I picked her up and put her on the bed, and she wound up sleeping between Dawn and Eddie all night!!

Very sweet pup, and everyone seemed to enjoy her company at the track!

She was buttering Dawn up!

That's awesome Eddie! Right in the shower huh? Cool! If she is good with that, it's an easy way to clean 'er up!

I know she will be well taken care of! I hope that the Dane comes around quickly!

Awesome ending to a great update! Bless you all for such kind hearts.

i do too. annie isnt a mean dog but i guess she has a dominate side to her. tell the guy not to worry i wont let anything happen to her.

That is a beautiful pup. I hadn't seen this thread before or known about her until the Macon track day. I was watching her at the track sensing something under the grass.. She was trying to dig it up with her front paws; she looked so cute and determined conducting her investigation. Finally she found whatever it was and took a taste.. "BLAH!!" She QUICKLY spat it back out and had a disgusted look on her face.. (The same look I have every year when I taste candy corn)

Had I known Ivory needed a place I would have jumped at the opportunity. Thank you eddie and Dawn for stepping up and taking care of this wonderful pup.
