jus recently purchased a 05 QC with 9k on the clock...it was a tuff choice between the truck or my camaro i was tradin in...im gettin ready to move from WA to GA and i will be towing a car..is there anything i should be worried about during the 3000mi trip(other than gas)...i think im gonna be in Panama City beach those days the meet is..i hope to meet some of you then..

just keep an eye on the tranny on long hills let it cool off a little after climbin them.
keep an eyee on the fluid and temps.

and dont overload the truck:D

Welcome to the speed factory. I have towed over 6000 lbs from Los Angeles to Chicago with a Uhaul trailer. Our factory engines don't like to ping and knock. I would use high octane 93 or above on tow/haul mode. Do not push on the go pedal hard or you will ping. If you have a Stage2 PCM switch back to the factory PCM for the tow. I'm sure a few others will chime in on this.
