Yeah, I even ended up talking to the IRS...they told me the same thing as the tax advisor. Took them a while to explain how it is legal, and to tell you the truth, not sure I completely understand yet. But, they said the bottom line is that I would be breaking no tax laws or doing anything to get myself in trouble.
