LOL.... I had a set on my '02 Camaro SS. They always used to scare the snot out of me when they would fly off and hit the windshield at 100mph. :D

First-off, make sure you have industrial velcro holding them on (ya know, the real coarse stuff... ??)

Second, make sure you clean the spots where you are going to stick the velcro on the cover AND on the headlight with rubbing alcohol. They should stick pretty good then.

Or.... You could do what a buddy of mine did. :D He kept getting his stolen off his Tahoe. So, he RIVETED them to the headlights and tail lights. :p He used black rivets (or painted them) and it actually looked pretty good! :dontknow: He never had to replace them again.... :)

How dark are they? Any pics? Please? Those clips sound like the secure way to go.

if your going for the 'dark look' then use the velcro that is not the fabric kind, but the platic to plastic lock/snap in kind. If your going for simply protection from chips/pits/etc, then use the 3m clear-bra. It works great and looks great!

With my black RC, I am going for the blacked out look.

This place is bad for the bundle of presidents in my pocket!

Have a set of smoked taillites and 3rd brakelite coming
New headlite covers
Carbon fiber pistol Grip shifter
and 2% window tint to install.....

Wtf is next?!! LOL :dontknow:

They are the same tint as the GTS ones... I had them on my Tacoma. He's right, they are a MUCH better design.

Already ordered them, I was told Auto Ventshade and Lund have merged, but I requested these with the clips..... I'll have em tomorrow.:D

i have the egr brand they are black except around the light part they snap on over the headlight.had the truck up to 140 mph and they are still there.

:D If I happen to lose the auto ventshade one's on another:burnout: test session, I'll try the egr's.....I'll know by Sunday if these will survive-LOL

Yep! I've witnessed him doing at least 120! :D  :burnout:

:dontknow: Here's a tip... "Don't eat yellow snow!" Seriously though I personally would have those headlights smoked slightly if you really want the blacked out look. It would go great with the smoked tail lamps and third brake light.. Slow91 smoked my led tail lamps and they came out really nice. :D
