I have meant to bring this up for about a year now but could never remember to take a picture when I had a camera....I had also meant to compare with other 2006 trucks at the nooga GTG but FatJack distracted me..

Anyway my front bumper/facia seems to hang a about a 1/2 inch low where the circle is in the picture below.....I could put a block under the top of the bumper where the mount is to raise it....anyone else have this problem?...any TSB on this?...:dontknow:

Larry, on the 04/05's you can loosen 4 bolts that hold the bumper and move the whole assembly up about 1/2 inch. Might work on the 06.

I have the exact same problem only on drivers side as well. The dealer said there is a tsb for it but even after they replaced it I still have the same problem.

If you are talking about the rubber trim that surrounds the lower edge of the headlight, yes, my '06 seems to have the same problem on the driver's side. The trim seems to fit too loosely and kinda folds inward. I've tried to bring it back into position and it stays for a short time and then returns to the incorrect position. :dontknow: Maybe I'll check with my dealer about the TSB.

I'll have to check mine but I don't recall having this problem.

They told me they replaced the trim and it stayed for a bit but then dropped down again.

I am going to bring it back soon.

Huh! Funny you should mention that, while my truck was at the shop the resto guy spotted it, he was like, "Huh, that's pretty ugly......look at the gap vs. the otherside....we'll have to have a look at that." But, mine is on the RH Side, the passenger side for you guys. It's around a 1/2" gap.

larger gap on the passenger side for mine...but doesnt look as bad as yours.

Did they fix it Carl? I think a block of some sort, maybe plastic, could be bolted in place between the frame where the bumper attaches and the top of the bumper...the right size block would push the top of the bumper up and hold it in place...

Hey Larry, I had the same problem and cured it by using some foam strips to level it out.
