anyone ever slip out of gear?

I've had my truck for about a month now, it has nearly 3300 miles on it, and it's slipped out of gear about three times... WTF is the deal with that?

I have slipped out of gear two or three times in the past year. I have attributed it to not fully engaging in the prior shift...I tend to get pretty casual about putting it in gear, so I think it is me not the shifter or the transmission.

I had it happen a couple of times when I first got my truck.
No big deal,Wait till you nail 1st coming out at the top of 2nd into 3rd...
Now that will get your attention!!!!!!!!!
That reminds me,I have to change my trans fluid..
