Noticed mine started to stick a little in the throttle bore off idle only when engine id hot AND running. It doesnt happen when engine is off. Its not really
a BIG problem, it's just that it didn't do it with the old TB.
This weekend had truck in for service and Chuck Tator looked at it and conferred with Sean Roe . SR basically said it isn't a clearance issue but rather a vacuum related issue due to the fact that this TB by virtue of its design is experiencing more of a negative pressure. What's wierd about this theory is that it only happens when it's reached OT which would clearly indicate an expansion issue. He mentioned something about the engine producing more vacuum at it's OT. Is it possible that once this engine is warmed and all the
internal components are at their design clearances' so much more vacuum is developed so as to cause the TB to hang up?
