Anyone install the comp coup cam?

Persons familiar with the installation: Does the timing chain need to be replaced with some special adjustable one to degree it in? Anyone know anything about this:

"This cam is NOT drop-in like they say it is. a drop in install will put it at 124+ degrees past ICL, which is about 6 too much. It will require an adjustable timing chain set which has been modified for use in a Gen-3".
