I understand what you are saying, but the engine, tranny, or blower could go at anytime whether you race it or not. Someone just posted that they lost oil pressure today, and they dont even race or aggressively drive the truck.
I'm not gonna lie to anyone about what this truck has been through. The original motor died on the dyno shortly after I bought it a year and a half ago. It wasnt my fault but I had to pay for it...almost 17K to get another motor and the Paxton put back in and back on the road. That doesnt include the clutch and flywheel that I upgraded. Yes, I race it on occasion just like almost every other forum member. I road race it twice a year, putting on far less miles then others do driving theirs daily in stop and go traffic.
I'm not gonna lie to anyone about its history just to sell it, I couldnt live with my conscience under those circumstances.
Theres a lot of "ifs" in life. If I would have done this or if I would have done that. I almost died from stage 3 cancer about 12 years ago, I dont live by "ifs" anymore.
There are several forum members and a few vendors who have ridden, tuned, and seen this truck first hand (some within the last 2 weeks) and can vouch for its condition. The only evidence thats its been raced are the tires which have seen better days
