Anyone use this type of motorcycle carrier?

Just wondering if anyone has used something like this for transporting a motorcycle/scooter. Or is there something better. Can't spend much more than this or I will have to have it delivered. Thanks!

I like the general design but seems fairly lightweight. I have been planning on building one very similar but using some heavier steel. It claims 600# ability so maybe it's stronger than it looks.
