Arson in Calif fires

1600 homes burnt, 6 people dead, a million people evacuated, millions of lives upside down, wasted time, money and resources...............it just goes on and on.

Been watching the news for the last hour about how some of the fires were arson. When you hear that there were/are over two dozen fires it just makes sense that sick f#ckers are out there copycatting the situation. Seems like when the Santa Annas blow hard, fires get out of control and spout up like weeds in Socal. Some people are getting off on seeing all that footage on tv and live in person!!!

Its f#cking wrong!!!!! I hope they catch the bastards and charge them with murder etc.............and lock em up for good!!!! NO mercy IMO!!!!

I think the death toll just went up to 8. This is sad.

I find it remarkable that they can determine what fire was set by some sick ass piro and which one was not.

The people that might have started fires should just be shot, don't ever put them on the front line of fighting fires, you are just giving them their high. They should be drown, the complete opposite of a fire.

And to think I was actually against the death penalty until now.:dontknow: I just would have to be 2000% sure that the convicted party is guilty before I would consider it after hearing so many that died and was later found out that they were innocent. Sending them to the front lines in Iraq would be better in my opinion.

I'm not a big fan of the death penalty but if you are 100% sure then fry them.

I completely disagree with sending any convict to Iraq. Why give them any ability to hurt the good people we have over there. They are serious society paths and would not care so much about our good boys over there.

Just put them down, and move on.

Saw on CNN earlier how they figure out if a fire is arson or not...........really interesting stuff. Nothing ever burns entirely, lots of clues left.
