Looking at eventually adding close to 200 extra HP. what should I do with my Auto Tranny/Rear end?

Cryo the spider gears in the rear-end, or have a custom one built by JTSVP.

You will probably need to get the trans beefed up, at least a better TQ Converter.

Get ahold of Dusty Hawk at HTS Transmisions and will walk you through everything,I got all mt parts from him,I did the valve body, clutches, bands,OD clutches,a SS 727 basket,4-2 lever, actuator, solinoids,HD bearings, new seal kit and freshened the TQ.(there's a few other things I changed too, basically everything inside was replaced)

Is a factory trans almost definitly gonna blow with minor mods done , exhaust ,tuner ,cai ,? Because my truck has 32k on it and i know most trans on dodges arent too great . Unless these are diff ? Im not sure any info on this ?

No not with minor bolts ons like that....unless you dont keep it serviced and nads adjusted properly.....

thats not bad at all so you could basically get a solid tranny for about 2500?

How much HP will it hold?

The trannies are kind of marginal, their weakest point is they do not have enough clamping force to hold the drum during a gear change. A shift kit helps.
They will fail if you start adding substantial horsepower without rebuilding them for more power. I.O.W. with the normal mods and with regular maintenance, it should be okay but they don't like too much more than that thrown at them.

Thats exactly why I did a valve body from Dusty Hawk,it doubles the line pressure at idle and WOT,no more slippage(you gotta hold on now when it shift!:D )
