I need to get some new summer tires as my Scorps are worn out. I want to put a tire on which;
1) grips the road like glue when going straight and also in the corners
-I don't mind excessive noise
-I don't mind the "tramlining" effect of a stiff sidewall
-I don't mind low tread life
-I am open to downsizing the OD of the tire
-I would like to stick with my factory 22 inch rims
-I will use these tires daily this spring, summer and fall
2) I have based my following choices on the following;
-low UTQG rating
-large tread blocks for lateral stability
a) BFG G-Force KDW 305/40/22 UTQG = 300 W speed rated 2600lb rated
b) Toyo Proxes ST 315/30/22 UTQG = 280 Y speed rated 2100lb rated
c) Dunlop SP Sport Maxx 305/30/22 UTQG = 240 W speed rated 2100lb rated
Question; who autocrosses (tracks) there truck regularly and has found the "perfect" tire....what is it?
Thanks for all of your help and your feedback!
