That's quite understandable......
I don't care for that part of flying either.
Thanks John.

When I was an Airtraffic Controller in the Air Force and I was working Tower I used to love to Watch the B-52's do an Elephant Walk. I was trying to find one of these on Utube but coudln't anyway they would take all of the Bombers and taxi them up and down the taxiway while they rotated on their landing gears. Most people don't know the the B-52 can rotate on the it's landing gears while it's landing or taxing. It's pretty cool to watch!!WAZZSUP said:

If he is anything like his son it's the flaming spiral of death plunge from 35,000 that is unappetizingCarolinaSRT10 said:That would take the fun right out it.
What don't you like about flying......the actual flying part.......or the dealing with commercial aviation part?
Or trusting your life to something you designed.

My wife is so afraid of flying that she would have had a heart attack during the death plunge. When we were flying back from Cancun we hit a little turbulence. The guy sitting on the isle was sweating bullets. My wife was white knuckled and cutting off the circulation in my arm. And I was shouting "Woo Hooo!" as the plane jumped up and down. I was sitting at the window watching the wing flex up and down.HOT RAM said:I was on a chartered jet going to Fort Irwin,CA from Fort Stewart,GA during Desert Shield (just before Desert Storm) when one of the older NCOs had a heart attack.
We did the death plunge (seemingly straight down at the time) to an airport near Dallas (DFW Int ?) to get him to a hospital.
Way cool !!
