You dont have another pcm laying around do you?
After dicking around with this for the past couple days, it just seemed to fix itself. The check engine light went off all by itself and the A/F guage looks like everything is running like normal. I guess the truck just had a brain fart, I guess that'll happen at 75,000 miles.
Mine was doing something similar but had a different code. The wires were lose that go to the plug so the code would come and go. If it comes back I would start thinking along those line. Next step would be to try and swap the wires to the injectors. That was how I discovered the fix for mine.
