Leave it to Fox news to turn this into a flamboyant over exaggerated piece. E15 is nothing more than 15% ethanol and 85% fuel. Only flex fuel vehicles should run it. Their expert even comes off as someone that would yell fire in a crowded theater. Fuel that is so harmful it is delivered to the gas station in stainless steel tanks - oh my lord. "Phase seperation" - really! Don't remember hearing about this issue when E85 (85% ethanol, 15% gasoline) came out. Pure and simple this is watered down E85. You shouldn't run it in your non flex fuel vehicle because yes it will void your warranty. You are smart enough not to use the diesel nozzle at the gas station so if you don't have a flex fuel vehicle dont use the nozzle for the E85, E15, E50, Eanything.
