Before using E15 watch this video

Leave it to Fox news to turn this into a flamboyant over exaggerated piece. E15 is nothing more than 15% ethanol and 85% fuel. Only flex fuel vehicles should run it. Their expert even comes off as someone that would yell fire in a crowded theater. Fuel that is so harmful it is delivered to the gas station in stainless steel tanks - oh my lord. "Phase seperation" - really! Don't remember hearing about this issue when E85 (85% ethanol, 15% gasoline) came out. Pure and simple this is watered down E85. You shouldn't run it in your non flex fuel vehicle because yes it will void your warranty. You are smart enough not to use the diesel nozzle at the gas station so if you don't have a flex fuel vehicle dont use the nozzle for the E85, E15, E50, Eanything.

Close this thread because nothing more needs to be said.

I used to watch Fox news. But I also used to go to the mall and sit on Santa's lap and ask him for presents and I even used to get candy from the Easter Bunny.

looks like a couple of twats tryin to out do each other.

it can not "VOID WARRANTY". that claim/repair will be rejected. but ya do have to make the repair under warranty guide lines for that failure, so ya don't catch any flack on any thing down the road

Funny thing. Found out Only one station within 50 miles as 100% gasoline. Will be checking it out today!

You mean you don't anymore? :dontknow: Seriously though, seethrough, I'm not a proponent of Fox news, but can you name any other news sources that are truly unbiased and not trying to "sell" a viewpoint to the viewer? Fox certainly isn't the only one.

I didn't click on the link. But, I'm fairly certain that every fuel station in my community of 150k people has Esomething fuel as the only option (besides diesel). I've never had a problem running it. I'll check this weekend and post what I find.
