How in the hell do you get the passenger side on???!!!! Fender liner removed, airbox gone; nothing left in the friggin way! I've tried dropping it down from the top, and it almost goes, and then BAM, the collecter ends up hitting the frame, motor, or both.

You beat me to it. I managed to get mine in with the wheel wells in tact, although it was a pain in the ass.

And the two rear bottom ones are a pain in the ass.... as stated... you need the hand size of a 5 year old to get in there. A good flexible head ratchet wrench worked well.

Remember to use the OEM gasket's and NOT the Bellanger one's... they are garbage.

When I talked to Bellanger... they also said stick with the factory gasket's.

Fortunately, I had already ordered the OEM's, so that's what I used. Was so excited about getting these things on, I woke up at 3:00 this morning and got the passenger side on before I came in to work! I get off at 11:00 today, to start on it again. Not sure if she will be off the jack stands tomorrow for Mopars at the Rock...time will tell.

Dude! I love ya bro!

LOLOL I knew you wouldnt be able to stand it! especially after we talked:D

A little patience goes a loooooonnnnggg way with these little boogers! You will LOVE the sound afterwards, it will be well worth it! Good luck dude.

He did say he gets under it quarterly and does a thorough cleaning. I guess nows as good a time as any. I can see him on his back in his nuclear radiation suit getting every finger print off the bottom of the truck.

Ok, just pulled the radiation suit off...LOL--you wouldn't believe how long it took to get all the bugs off the bottom! Tony, when I talked to you earlier, and mentioned I had 2 hours left, it turned into 4. By the time I got everything buttoned up and secure, it was 6:00.

So, everything is done. However I got scared to death when I started the truck and white smoke started coming out of the tailpipe. I guess all that newness had to burn off. The strangest thing is that the truck seems quiter not only at idle, but also wide open throttle. The other noticeable difference is how quickly the truck now builds rpm's

Still not sure about tomorrow. The instructions for the headers say that you should put 500 miles on the computer before you dyno or run the truck overly hard, and if I go to the track tomorrow, that's exactly what I will do. I also want to make sure that for some freak reason, my CEL doesn't comes on.

As for the install, make sure you feed them from the bottom! Sure works much better. The best part was the mids, they come in two pieces per side, and they fit with the existing pipework perfectly. The clamps that they sent weren't real great, but other than that, I'm very pleased
