Ever since I bought my truck with 47k on her, everytime you start it cold, the belt will squeal like a stuck pig until the belt warms up (10 mins at operating temp). I've tried 6 different belts, every kind of dressing imaginable, a new tensioner, a new idler pulley, JTSVP's Underdrive crank pulley. Help me!!!

Could a bearing in one of your other pulleys be going bad. I'm just thinking out loud.

Power steering pump

Had a similar issue when I bought my 10. Thought it was the belt too. Then I noticed some of the nuts holding the exhaust manifold shield were loose and one was missing. Snugged them up and replaced the missing nut, bingo, the noise was gone!

Give it a looksie...

Lots of other things turning. Cold start, pop hood, locate noise. Its not the belt.

It is the belt. If you spray tire shine onto the belt the noise instantly goes away. It's to the point I keep a can of more-shine in my drivers door pocket and spray the belt everytime I start it...

It could be the water pump pully. Im having same issue, i thought it was my power stearing pump, but im thinking now its my water pump( which i just had replaced about a month or 2 ago. I daily drive in rain and shine, and i think water may be driping on the intake, and then directly under to the water pump and causing to make noise. I soaked it with wd40 and it hasnt made the noise in a couple days.

Fluid leaking on to belt? I had the same issue, mine was every time it sat overnight or longer. I had the usual p/s lines leaking mine was leaking bad at the p/s pump 1' valve fitting ( http://www.vtcoa.com/forums/f7/p-s-1-valve-fitting-removal-57526/ )

P/s fluid would leak onto the drive belt and squeal every time I started it up(cold start). Fixed the lines/replaced the drive belt(oil soaked cause of noise) no furthers issues found.

there is a bushing for the idler pulley that causes a squeak. p/n 33002201 its is separate from the idler pulley. It will drive you nuts, but the part is only about 5 bucks. Try that, I'm sure it will take care of your noise.
