Billy and Alex Wedding

I'll be going to Florida to do the video and photography. I usually have between 5 and 9 people on my team to make a proper video. Since I'm also doing photography then I'll need at least 7 people in addition to me to help me do this wedding.

I'm bringing 2 video cameras and 2 pro photo cameras. Since I'm coming from LA and don't want to bring a truck load of equipment on a plane, I'm asking for a little help if anyone can spare it.

Here's what I'll need for now and I'll add to the list as the time comes closer:

1. 6 people to help exclusively for the wedding and reception with some video or photo experience that does not mind working the whole time.

2. Tripods with heads and mic stands.

3. 8 channel analog mixer with RCA and XLR inputs.

4. Someone with a video projector, screen, amp, and speakers for the reception.

5. Wireless mics and receivers. I have 2 sets but may need 2 more.

6. Three 200 foot BNC or Coax cables.

7. Flat panel monitor that is under 27" with RCA, S Video, and RGB inputs.

8. 2 Hair/Makeup people.

9. Master of ceremony (D.J.).

The list will continue but this is a start to make this wedding special. Please put down your name if you can help with any of the above items or any other items not mentioned yet.

Brad, I would love more than anything to offer my DJ services but I simply can't... I'm trying to get back on my feet financially and have too many irons in the fire to leave them unattended....

In the 70's and 80's I DeeJayed pro for 12 years... Both at my own club (The Cheshire Cat) and for The Rocking Horse in the Hotel Jerome...both in Aspen Colo... I was also an on air DJ and have been called the World's Greatest DJ by Hollywood celebrities, musicians and other elitist assholes.... (sorry).

I was DJ for the Likes of Linda Ronstadt, Eagles, Boz Skaggs, Jimmy Buffet and many others... I was the featured celebrity DJ for Jimmy Buffet's Birthday party at our club..... My DJ credits reads like the Who's Who in the music business....

It would give me the greatest pleasure to do this gig for Billy and Alex.... But it is just impossible for me at this time.....

You guys have a gas while I stay home and try to salvage my finanacial life...

I'll be wishing I was there with you...

(Sorry if this sounds like a shameless brag..... It just happens to be what I do best in all the world....and I'm rather proud of it... )

It definitely would be an honor if a miracle did happen to make it possible for Tim to be our DJ!

As of right now nobody has PM or called me with any equipment that they might be able to help with. It looks like I will bring 1 change of clothes and fill the rest of my luggage space with equipment. I'll bring 2 video cameras, 1 digital still cam, 1 DV deck, and 1 wireless mic setup with lav mic as well.

I will just wing it with the help and the equipment. I'll do the best I can for the both of you on your special day.
