transport to NY the week after.
4-5 weeks (??) seatransport and customs.
Then local TVA, getting the new title, and off we go !
(it's a bit more complicated but you get the picture..)

Sounds to me like you have moved heaven and earth to get this truck to you. It looks like it will soon be in FL. Maybe first of next week.....I will check on Friday to see where everything is at. Let me know if you have heard any news.

I have a long road ahead of me but with some effort I'm sure our baby will be in a safe place soon... Money train drove slower as expected. Since 9/11 big brother checks where big foreign amounts are coming from before releasing it to a bank. Sorry it took so long....

I managed to get the truck from Lenoir City TN to Savannah Port for shipment.... They tried to sqeeze our Black Betty in a 20 foot container ...... 1 (ONE !!!) inch of free space. Gonna go for a 40 footer now.

She should sail next week in the 40 footer (this way I can prevent the bumper being scratched by the container door) and ETA Antwerp is Middle of June. Can't wait to get her on the road.:rock:

Truck was reloaded into a 40 footer as I said.
Customs cleared it, it got loaded on the ship should have left the port this WE.
I will be getting the bill of lading somewhere next week.

Would not fear icebergs... More them "joy"sailing the ocean and once in the harbor... they have now a new unloading system in Antwerp , just dump it with ship and all....
