ya, thats a great look. I gots to start saving for that lowering kit. What was your total time for install? Any out of the ordinary tools did you end up needing??

I was just talking to a friend with a lift about doing a kit. Do you remove or do anything with the ball joints up front? Average install time info would be nice :)

You don't have to do anything with the ball joints. You remove the end of the sway bar (1 nut) and the 2 bolts on the upper A-arm.

The second time around I did the whole job by myself in about 4 hours, taking my time. First time took a little bit longer. Only special tool you need is either an air tool cutoff wheel or a good metal cutting blade for a sawzall. You have to cut off the factory bump stops and they are welded on there on the fronts.

Anyone with decent mechanical skills can handle the job with no problem. Boomers kit is awesome.

thanks bro, that helps. Theres a kit on Ebay right now for $499.00, and I believe its someone from this website. He is missing one shock. Once I do get that kit I suppose Ill dedicate about 6 hrs for install. But I love that stance.

Hahahah you guys are funny. If you want to go faster you have to have the NightRunner paint job. Is it charcoal, maybe black, could be gunmetal depends on the sun hitting it when your looking at it from the back.
hahahahahaahah:rock:
