Bought a house Mod

Bought our first house.

2 car garage
2 car detached garage set up for welding.

Now that the important stuff is out of the way here are the pics!

Twas a short sale so it is in need of cleaning. Was vacant for 2 years or so. Will need a roof in a few years. Was built in 1996.

Huge 12.5" ceilings
Heated SaltWater pool
Irrigation
Has a huge whole house natural gas generator. Heat and fireplace are natural gas.
4 bedrooms
Living room
Dining room
Family room
Glassed-in lanai with A/C

This house is badass. Were gonna remove all the carpets and have tile and wood flooring. Paint the walls and replace all the countertops. Otherwise the house doesn't need much else.
