Bought First Home

Wife and I just bought our first home!

3br 2.5 bath Cape Cod that was just completely remodeled/renovated. 1900 Sqft with a seperate 1400Sq ft 3 room guest house (MAN CAVE) and 2 car garage.

It was a huge step buying just outside of DC. You generally dont get alot of house for your money, but we managed to get quite a bit of house. Hoping it will pay off in resale value and marketability in 5-6 years.

Ended in Sept. 30, 2010, however i did get a 2.75 apr, with 0 down and seller covered $8k in closing cost.
