Plumbing the intack now and was going to install the BOV on the tube between the SC and the inlet of the charge cooler. Seems that's where they get put whenever the charge cooler is moved on top of the intake. Sound like a good spot?

I have the weld on flange that the BOV bolts to but not sure if it should be welded directly to the pipe or should it be welded to a small stand off tube to raise the BOV off of the pipe slightly? I have seen it both ways and was not sure if it made a difference either way.

Thanks for any advice!!

Ive seen both ways too,I dont think it matters too much about the flange part, but you will need a flange to bolt the BOV to, it releases air pressure when valve opens, the closer to the blower the quicker it will release the air pressure( but before cooler for sure), my paxton one is about 4"-6" after blower right before intercooler.

Put it on the hot side of the piping (after the blower, but before the cooler), this way you relieve the air before it goes through the cooler. Makes it more efficent, no sense bleeding off the air after the cooler cools it. Also try to plumb it where it will not affect the flow of the air, ie. Put it on the inside radius of one of the pipes.

Thanks guys!!! I just dropped the pipe off at the welder to install the flange.
